Planned trip for one week 2005

Suppose I would be able to get some friends as eager as I am becoming to give these stripers in America a try. What would your advises be on timing (one week trip) ,places to go/fish and to stay.
All of my friends are well known with flyfishing, though never for stripers. We should have plenty of time this winter to prepare flies etc. Main thing is having fun, catching stripers, catching them on sight and even trying to catch one or two that you call "cows".
If you might have any more applicable advise (such as how do I convince my family that I should fly over to the States for fishing this time and leaving them at home) it's always welcome.

Things start to heat up on Cape Cod around the end of May. Then it just get better all the way through June. If I had to pick one week it would be either the first or second week of June.
When sight fishing, look over your shoulder from time to time, you never know who's behind you

First moon tide in June.

Bring them, but leave them to shopping and minature golf, ice cream and sight-seeing while you take the Rip Ryder over to the flats.
