Done with the cancer for awhile!

Sorry for not posting for a long time, but I think I finally have this cancer beaten. I have to go in for another colonoscopy in the next 2 weeks, and that's a real bummer. They won't give me any odds, so I am going to take this one day at a time and get some fishing in. Still having problems getting out for the day, cause the radiation has burnt out my hip sockets and messed up my back. I can walk pretty much the whole day, but when I stop to fish. Just standing about kills me... Oh well, at least I can get out. Picture taking may be what I have to settle on for now. Nice to be back with the living...

Very glad to hear you are on the mend. I hope angling pursuits get easier for you and in the meantime, hook a few hot steelies to keep those feet moving!
