Sean, here are some options.

Call one of the shops local to the Housy or Farmington & see if they have a hatch chart for the time you will be there.
UPS the tying kit to your relatives. Maybe $10.00 each way if shipped by ground.
If all else fails I wouldn't be without wooly buggers, PT nymphs, adams, a caddis pattern, and some assorted terrestrials.
Sean, if you're planning on fishing "fine and far", John's recommendations will suit you well. I'd add a couple of streamer patterns to the list:

Grey Ghost
Black Ghost
Nine-Three

All patterns in sizes 10-6

A New Yorker STUCK in Wisconsin? Man, you are surrounded by some of the best fishing opportunities in America and you sound like you think you're deprived? There are a variety of outstanding flyfishing opportunities for a variety of fish in the Midwest. And you don't have to drive far or fight congested traffic to get to them.

If you haven't already, check out the Wisconsin DNR web site under Places to Fish. It will lead you to trout stream maps in a large number of Wisconsin counties. I think you'll be surprised by the number of opportunities you have and that the required travel distance is minimal.

Looks like you've got it pretty well covered to me. Maybe add a couple parachute adams or parachute hare's ears. You can always stop by the shop and pick a few local patterns if needed.
