16' 9" Old Town Discovery Canoe

Hello, Folks! Wife and I have an almost "as new" green, Old Town Discovery Canoe for sale. We purchased new in '99. An injury to me prevents us using it any more. We have had it out for an afternoon each on 3 different SW MI Lakes. Then we made a 5 1/2 hr float trip down a SW MI Trout River 2 yrs ago. Has been hanging in our HEATED garage suspended by ropes from the rafters, cradled fore and aft by 2x6 timbers. Has never been stored out in the elements. $680 and its yours. Satisfaction guaranteed. Thanks for looking and if you are interested please email me at: tomcarstv@mailaka.net Best to you, Stiver

West Coast Update- canoe

Must enter this info as have had a couple fellas from West Coast and PNW inquire; however, such a great distance between us? I hope this may be good news for any party in the West considering my canoe. Steve Hyde of Hyde Boats has offered to transport my canoe on one of his trucks which on a regular basis will be leaving his business up in Newaygo, MI to return to the Hyde Boat Factory in Idaho Falls, ID. Steve has requested a $ 50 charge (buyer's responsibility) to make this transport back to Idaho Falls, ID. Hope this will solve some of the dilemma. Best regards, Stiver
