Arrow Just Another Fly

I did this one a while back, an just found it it's my BROKEN BACK,
as you can see the reg, fly is on top , COMMENTS, GOOD, BAD, or INDIFFERENT !

Salty,

Interesting effect...have you tried to cast it? I would wonder about that. On the other hand, I bet with erratic strips it would really give the wounded baitfish look, and draw 'em in.

1. DOC, yes I have, it works great if you can see the fly so standing up on a rock is best outher wise S*&^S no control.I should say the top fly is also a brokenback BUT w/ hook up front an there is no real action in the tail that way.
as for casting the long deerhair holds it strright an I have not had any trouble casting it.
2. JOHN YES, Im bringing up some flys to show BILL CATHERWOOD, while talking to him a the Marlboro show I told him I was tying a NEW FLY an he said he just did the SAME FLY. so Im taking one of thoes also. SEE YA THERE.
