herring locations

Would anyone be willing to disclose any locations where the herring show up in the Spring?

Thanks for the info, once again the people of the forum come through.......AWESOME!!!!!!!!

Does anyone know if it is possible to set up drifts around these areas? I have never fished for Bass feeding on herring.
