This reminds me....

LOVED the first post there...

Actually, the first comment about "imperfect understanding" made me laugh.

The "Haggis critter" is in this fine tradition. It reminded me of the wild stories we used to tell the recruits when we got back from the Far East about the countries, the customs, and especially about the women and their sexual proclivities.

And the recruits were gullible to believe at least HALF of what we told 'em! (Then, most of 'em had to try to find out for themselves - and that was a guaranteed comedy of errors, and the source of much humor to us vets).

It seems like times haven't changed that much!

Camera 8 with a little adjustment you could look for salmon in the River Ness, just below the bridge.

Darn! was really looking forward to some ..

Haggis spotting. Forgot with the time difference I'll have to get up about 3am PST! But I'm sure it will be worth it to sit there with high speed internet access and switch from camera to camera for a few hours each night.
:hehe:

WOW! That's a good "excuse"!

Is that what you tell "The little redheaded lady" when you go out on your late-night forays????

Naaah... she'd never believe it!:hehe:
