Talking "Happy All Saints Eve" to you all.

Some of the 'costumes' this evening have to be seen to be believed.

Good Stuff to toss open the door and say! "Happy Thanksgiving," Happy New Year (what-ever) and beat the kids. So we trade two for one. This is NOT what they're waiting for when they ring the door bell.

Life really!! is pretty good.

Thumbs up Fred, you're Priceless!

I'm just thinking of some of the Ultra-Hip treaters who appear at your door and, without a word, thrust out their little hands out to be filled.

A gleeful "Happy Thanksgiving", or even better "Merry Christmas", might have gotten a novel response from them.

Hell, at least it would have made some of their parents consider whether or not I was going a little ~CrAzY~ - that alone would have been worth it!

May the River Gods bless y'all with more Treats than Tricks this glorious fall!

DS

DS. your 'spot on.' The parents think it's a total ..

hoot that someone would pull this kind of stunt at the front door.

A considerable number of the parents were also in 'costume' with their munchkins (sp?) - both Moms and Dads - even made it all the better.... all be it one Lady was in a skin tight 'bunny suit' and a little bit on the hefty side. Cute little 'tail' anyway.
