Window Stickers - First Batch

These will be the first run of stickers. They will be given to every contributing member including those who buy raffle tickets at events. Hope you like them, I have to get something into production tonight.

They have a two-year outdoor life expectancy. They will have to be on a white sticker background to get the free color (white). I hope this qualifies as 2-color, black and blue (the fade should work because it's screened artwork for sticker repro)... more colors get prohibitive in cost and the funds will be 80% invested after this - although recoverable with plus side eventually. The hats, raffles, memberships and auctions should do the trick.

Next year we should roll over enough to have such goodies produced prior to fund raising whereas (understandably) this first year we needed to generate the funds to invest in the first place.

Thanks for your patience as I stumbled my way through the learning curve! Hopefully next year the knowledge, embroidery template, contact information, and carryover funds will allow someone to take the trinket monger role in 2002. It's actually fun. We'll cross that bridge when we get there I guess.

I like it!! It fits those of us here in the Northeast better than the steelhead one. No offense intended!!

SNAFU - the two color (white being the freebie) I thought I was providing turned out to me a minimum of four colors, being way too cost prohibitive. I'll try again. DAMN!

RE:Window Stickers - First Batch

Would "water slip" decals be alright?

If so I have a high end model HP inkjet that I could use (just cost the color cartridge, which are pretty cheap).

AND, this is pretty cool...

and then there's:

RE:Window Stickers - First Batch

Mike - thanks for the suggestion. I don't think traditional printers can handle the volume, process and die cutting required for large sticker lots (500-1000) and I besides wouldn't dare put your printer through such abuse!

My stressing out was due to desire to be ready for the show - I've since scrapped that because it will not happen. The good news is, I have learned a heck of a lot about multi-color process, masking and layering in illustrator, digital reproduction verses screening, and that I've got to stop lone-rangering these projects from now on.

To my last point - thank you ever so much for your gracious offer to help. I'll include you in planning efforts for such projects going forward.

regards and see you at the show!

Juro
