OUCH!

I just had body work from a rear-ender on my new truck, came out great. My previous truck went 140,000 miles without an incident - there's something about new trucks I guess!

Hope you get things "straigtened out" quickly,

Juro

RE:Wind Storm

Greg: that image makes it look like a med. size branch. But is that a dent on the upper fender/hood? Wow bummer.

Juro,
Too Bad I Can't Get the Pine Tree to Pay My Deductable!

Terry,
Good Eye. The branch was only about 7' long & about as big around as a baseball bat. But, it struck with such force that it put a large, deep dent in the fender, cracked the paint & closed up the seem between the fender & hood. I'm guessing $800, with a $500 deductable. Ho-Ho-Ho

RE:Wind Storm

A buddy who takes the commuter boat from Hingham told me that he saw multiple boats that had blown off their stands and crashed onto the pavement or into other boats--Ouch! Tough storm.

Here's a better (worse) shot in the light-of-day.

RE:Wind Storm

I guess I got lucky. I had two large garbage cans that went flying over the my van and the VW and ended up behind my neighbour's car. No dammage.
While I was taking my kids to school saw one little kid literally get blown down while waiting for the school bus. Pretty wicked wind.
