Tonight my son has a LAX game at home I can make, there aren't many. Tomorrow the weather looks dodgey so I'm shooting for Thursday and will throw everything at them. Would you know if they ever gate that dirt ramp at the RR station? And good luck.

Never

Wes,

No that dirt/gravel ramp is never gated. Open 24/7 for free. Also another spot on the north side to launch from where you dont need to worry about the tides.

I'll see you Thursday. I'll be out Thursday around 6pm. Keep me posted on where you plan to be. I'll swing by and chit chat.

Thanks, and yeah, swing by if you see me. I also yak Norwalks/Westport/Fairfield and I think I remember you fished that area quite a lot.

Pwew!

Went out with a buddy last night armed with everything other than a fly rod. Came up empty. Pwew that skunk in the boat wreaked! Havent been able to shake the no fish streak for a while now. On the bright side .... there is always tomorrow.
