Feather Brain Mack- long body

I am trying to work on realistic Mack patterns.. so I wanted a thinner and longer profile for a Mackerel. It is about 7 inches long and has a double spreader on a varivas long hook.. Spreader in back to add extra length... Three photo's , the fly, the view from the top for profile and the third is the application of the fist rear spreader...

John - Just looking through the posts on the feather brain series, and was wondering what weight od you would use to fish this particular fly? Additionally, what sizes would you say are able to be tossed a fair distance by a 10-weight?

John, That top view is awsome, you've really captured the full figured shape.

Thanks Stan... Chris... I would use the 10weight although these flies are surprisingly light...but the size is big so I would go that route... also.. My computer crashed yesterday so I am on my lap top with Dial up and I keep gtting disconnected...so my posts will be few until I get it fixed... This is agonizingly slow...
