Gave them to a client - nobody bid on them.

Probably too late on posting it.

No one bid!!!

That's terrible. Thanks for offering them anyway. I go every year with work. Obviously, today was not meant to be.

I would have been able to pay for any and all expenses incurred by the winnig bidder at the Boston Billiard Club prior to the game. I do believe the total tab for my group came to $1400 today. It would have been easy to add a Forum friend to the pile.

There's always next year.........

Rain or shine opening day is opening day.

If I wasn't wrapping up a project I would have been there...

Gave them to one of our assistants.

Roop -

That was pretty short notice but I am surprised people didn't jump on it. The on again off again nature of this opener probably didn't help either.

Your gesture was totally appreciated though - I almost put down a decisive bid but I am digging out of a pile of unfinished tasks of which you are familiar with one all day and my son could not make it.

Hey, it's no big deal - Ithought it would be a good quick buck for the forum. FIrst has a client take them and then back out due to weather, gave them to an assitant who was happy as could be!
