Red Worm Warning!

THIS IS A "RED WORM WARNING" FROM THE DESK OF THE BUG DOCTOR - OFFICE OF AIREAL AND TERRA FIRMA ENTOMOLOGY - N.W. QUAD

The Worm Warning has been raised from Brown to Red in response to sporadic messages being intercepted indicating talk of Fly Fisherman in the area "Tying" worms! (everyone knows the only way you can "tie" a worm, is in a knot, perhaps.)
If this practice persists, Fly Fisherman might become known as "worm" fisherman! This might be a covert opperation by "bait" fisherman to make us think fishing with worms is O.K.!
I strongly caution those of you going down this road! Will I soon become known as the "Worm Doctor"? OH, the implications!
Just for the record, I have NO worms in my cases

THIS CONCLUDES THIS WORM ALERT

T.B.D., The B is for BUG!

Calling the WORM DOCTOR...

Dr Deerhawk,

In travelling the highways and byways of the Forum I've come across a number of questionable creatures. What might your learned position be on these?

I think that last year's post of the maggot fly made from carpet yarn qualifies for your alert (though I think that the fly was very creative, nonetheless)...

Arrow want-a-be worms

To the untrained eye, a caddis larva looks like a worm...

So does a helgrammite with all of it's legs pulled off...

... or a snake-fly, for that matter.
