No bones about it

Headed out on the Fabulous Estey's Fishing Machine yesterday AM in the dark. Highlights:

- pulled up on Waqouit to watch the light show at dawn
- massive blitz on the north side of the jetty
- "jigging" for blues with a fly rod
- another chance to fish the Estey's always a great exerience

Many thanks to Greg & Mike, you guys are great hosts.

Of yeah, no bonito spotted.

Bring on the Boneclave!!

Roop

Yup, that pretty much sums it up. A good day on the water with a nice light show in the morning and the discovery of a brand new basket ball washed up by the jetty.

I think Roop outfished Mike and me combined utilizing his sneak cast and delivering the whole fly line through the guides. Despite an active search we didn't even see a speedster. We've been out looking for them 5 times so far and have yet to even see one. I sure hope we've got that out of our system by the BoneClave. We'll probably put another evening or morning in this week before we go claving.
