Reely screwed

I bought a 10 wt. at the Marlboro show, plus another one about a month earlier. The first one was to good to pass up, 9 1/2 ft.10wt. on consignment for $100. The second was the Elkhorn combo that was on show special for $160. Seemed to be too good to be true. I couldn`t find any hint of reels on thier website so I E-mailed them to ask about a spare spool. That was a week ago, stillno reply.I`ve got a new Wulff TT so I asked Scott at the Den to put it on the reel. 200yds. of backing and a new line and the spool is so warped it won`t go back into the reel. If they won`t respond to inquiries to make purchases what chance I`ll get any reply about thier piece of junk reel ? The rod seems to be a rocket and is well worth the price but anyone who bought the combo deal, I think got reely screwed.

I don't doubt that the gear is crap(is that the reel with the FELT drag disc?), but in their defense, there has been a string of shows, and I bet that they are really busy.
One cast can change your day...maybe your life.
