I have to thank JimW for this one...

Tomato, Basil & Mozzarella white meat chicken sausages on the grill! What a treat, all natural ingredients and look at these stats:

130 cal
8g fat of which
2g sat
0g trans
cholesterol 60mg*
sodium 670mg*
carbs 1g
protein 18g

per jumbo sausage

there's some cholesterol and sodium in there for folks who need to watch that, but with a good fiber-rich diet and watching the sodium in general it sure beats alternatives we normally consume from the grill

Better yet opt for a chicken breast or salmon filet in a grill basket with some grilled veggies and slice the chicken sausages as appetizers to share while they cook.

Kabobs make less meats seem like more and bring the veggies into the equation; most importantly they don't need a BUN! :cool:

Where can I get some of these??

Hi,

I've been trying to locate those chicken, tomato, basil and mozzarella sausages mentioned above, but no luck. They sound delicious...

Is there a particular store and brand or are these hand made?

I can't find them at the two stores I have looked in. Where can I get some?
