per jumbo sausage
there's some cholesterol and sodium in there for folks who need to watch that, but with a good fiber-rich diet and watching the sodium in general it sure beats alternatives we normally consume from the grill
Better yet opt for a chicken breast or salmon filet in a grill basket with some grilled veggies and slice the chicken sausages as appetizers to share while they cook.
Kabobs make less meats seem like more and bring the veggies into the equation; most importantly they don't need a BUN!
