today, i tried fly fishing for the first tiem. didn't catch, a thing, but fell in love. i have some free time right now and thought i'd go up to southern montana to take a crash course in flyfihing via their fantastic rivers. i'd love to hear any advice on where to go, what to fish with , wher to camp etc.
Just go, stop in any of the many fly shops located in nearly every town there, ask the guys in the shop for info on where to go, what to use, where to camp, etc., and have a great trip. Seriously, this is all anyone really needs to do when going to Montana for his first trip.
thanks a lot for the advice. i really appreciate it
