The fall rain thing has finally started down here on the Alsea.
The Alsea has a really robust run of Chinook this year, which has been stacked at the top of tide water waiting for a rise. I think this might be it, and the upstream riffles should be host to schools shooting through. Same should be true for the Siletz, although I don't know the status of that run.
Silvers are around, although not in the numbers they were three years ago. Wild fish are King's-X.
