If you recall the migratory situation from previous claves, that scenario is most prevalent on Nauset. I get a 4x4 beach pass every year and plan to explore the beach down to the inlet to see what's changed sometime although Chatham might take up my whole clave weekend just to maximize time.

Fished at Nauset Light in the middle of the day the weekend of 7th and 8th.
Found little fish in any moving water...."guided" my 4-year old daughter to her first striper using her tigger push-button rod and soft plastic....
Still waiting on their big sisters.
