Just a quick note to Big Cat and Juro to say THANKS for showing me the way of the Eel'ers. I had a great time wading the sandy flats and bombing those sinking lines, even in those sessions when everyone was catching but me. In spite
of the exhaustion from last night's flight, I couldn't shake the image of diving birds, a running tide, and anticipation of a strong pull from my thoughts. I wish you and the rest of your gang the best on your Rhode Island outing.
It was our pleasure having a steelhead schnauzer on the beach with us. I thought we had some real quality time with good tides and conditions. I'm glad you got spanked by those fish on Sunday morning, especially that one that took you for a pretty good ride. There will be some beautiful pictures, considering the sunrises, sunsets and the fish.
Bigcat and Mrs.Bigcat are the kind of quality people we are really lucky to have in our community and I'm sure when they come to the pacific northwest there will be folks to make their stay more fun as well. Heck, I just might use that as an excuse to fly out myself!
In any case, best of luck on the rivers and hope to run into you again soon - perhaps on the nonesuch river system or the nevermind branch of the whoosiewhatsit.
It was our pleasure, please feel free to stop in anytime your on the Cape. Nate hope you enjoyed your visit to Cape Cod, and look forward to meeting you again someday on the water.
John
