Hi All,
New to the board...

I have a few questions re Arctic Char. Anyone out there fished for the landlocked forms? In Ireland we have a few pop.s of these left overs from the ice age and trying to catch them on the fly is tough. Any hints? F.Y.I. these fish are small, max = 36 cm. And they live in deep cold water, and are big time wary of me. But they do sometimes make tiny rises in the evening when they are practising their wariness of me.

Also I have a web site, me and some pals just formed the Irish Char Conservation Group, so do come and say hello...

Welcome Mylo! I thought I would use the nifty language on this BB to put up a link to your website HERE for starters. In the near future you will be able to reach the site from a link on our "Recommended Reading" page in Vol#2.

I am always in awed by the brilliant colors of char. I am anxious to see and hear of your successes.
