This year we have a booth at Wilmington again (but not Marlboro). The dates are March 12-13, 2005. The raffle should cover the booth fee in this case, thanks to Paul Fuller. Marlboro's fees are out of the question.

* we need volunteers to help plan and attend the booth*

I am thinking this year we should aternate between presentations, raffle items which are a no-brainer (they just sit and look pretty) and fly tying school set-up as usual, sit and tie / keep the fly setup.

We will need:

Vises and tools, materials, tutors and key presenters.

Recriut pro tyers as we did in the past (must register).

Ongoing Forum member tying sessions through the day

Ongoing presentations through the day

Themes:

Your child's first fly
Tie along with a pro tyer
Learn to tie, keep the fly
Slide / Powerpoint presentations at booth
Recruit Assistance for Big Brother Day
Talk to sponsors, thank them and sign up new ones
HAVE FUN!!!

I will continue to try to find sponsors for the Field House rental (almost $600) for our indoor casting clave. Looking at some of the options people have found at schools, this is really out of our league unless we get sponsors to chip in and cover it.

Reply if you can chip in!

If you need Juros tables I have them and I live a stones throw from the show.
I can deliver them when the show comes up.
If as usual the show is within a few dayas of St. Pats I will be out straight playing that diddly dum music and won't be able to help. But I will offer whatever I can.
