JohnM posted the directions below. Just drive south from the Chatham light, bear left at the fork (near the tennis courts) and take a right onto Morris Island Rd. Keep going and you'll see a cove on Stage Harbor along the causeway on the right, and cars parked on the left. You can either stop there and say hello (6am sharp) or drive up to the next left to enter the refuge HQ. There will be a nice guy with a red van there, that's Keith's father.

Yes, 4 inch sparse dull color eels are good. Also, if you could do some sand colored speckled crazy charlie style flies they are a good choice for sight fishing. Crabs - yes. The deal is, off the drop off any passing feeding pack will grab the usual; but on the flats by sight you might need something atypical like a crab, shrimp or small squid fly.
Hope you are all set with the directions or anything else you need. If not, you can call me in my office at 508-393-0562, ext 9410. Also, just a point of clarification.......The boat is leaving at 6am sharp !! Please be to the Refuge by 5:45am at the latest !!
