CRIPPLED P.M.D.
HOOK: Dry fly, size 18-22
THREAD: 8/0 Light Olive
TAIL: Pale Dun hackle fibers
BODY: Light lime/beige/olive antron
WINGS: White tail deer hair tips, very fine hair is required, split in two sides with figure 8 wraps. Wings should be bent forward, not upright, or sideways (as would be in a spinner)

It imitates a stillborn or cripple born PMD that has not survived the emergence, so wings and tails that are skewed are the norm. Exactness is NOT desirable, good excuse for my poor tying skills on midge size flies.
