I might be around.

Hey Warren need a place to stay? Or a yak?

Sean, I am about 90% sure I will be attending the spring clave. I have a conflicting event in Kansas that is tempting to attend, that I have been foregoing the Cave the last few years to go to it. Too many things to do, not enough weekends.:frown: I will make my decision in a week or so. But to be honest I cannot see a trip out west this year due to funds or lack there of.

So plan on me being there and I will confirm shortly. Thank you for the generous offer of a place to lay my head. As far as the Yak goes I may need one yet. However I have a Pungo and still want to get a SOT. I will sort the Yak deal out as things evolve

FYI, I can put up about 4 guys(maybe more) at my place. 3/10 mile walk to Ridgevale beach if there is any problems with overnights. Spring fishing off Bucks Creek or the front beach (5 minute walk and inbetween regular clave trips) is usually very productive in the spring. Just let me know in advance.

Monomoy

hi guys...who will be leading the "Death March" on Monomoy?

The last time I did Monomoy many years ago....we left the cooler at the drop off point and it took forever before we came back to it...almost died from hunger and exhaustion:)

and the darn stripers would follow the flies and made a last minute refusal!!

Really appreciate some advise etc (I know a backpack is a must/spare rod)

I'm planning on attending the Clave again this year. Will be rooming with PopnesetBay at the Stone Horse. Should be fishing Fri, Sat, Sun and maybe more. Hope to get at least one trip to Monomoy, weather permitting. Looking forward to the fishing and festivities.
Thanks.

As luck would have it the MGM Grand at Foxwoods Casino has decided to put the curse on me. They open the weekend of the Clave. Penalties for skipping work that weekend will be severe. I'll have to make the most of only one day if I can get it off. That leaves the Squire out of the picture as well! Blimey! Friday is a strong possibility. Anyone going to be around for a sortie?

Phil,
I plan on being there Friday, not sure of the schedule yet, It looks as if I will be staying in Dennis or close by anyway. It would be nice to hook up & cast a line or two. Either a fly line or BS line is fine with me:hihi: Both would be best.:D

To borrow a line from Juro, Is it spring yet? ( as I am hooking up my snow plow again)

Warren, Drew and Chris. Thanks. Keep me posted as to your whereabouts for Friday. I may head down Thursday night if I can find a place to crash.

Gutted not to be making this one guys; I had such a great time last year. Good company, lots of laughs and last but not least, great fishing.

I'll be not long back from a month of fishing in Aussieland and the missus is talking about having a girlie weekend in Prague about this time. Next year for sure though

Hey Phil,

You can crash at my house if you like...I'm just not sure at this point if I can offer you a bed or just a couch.

Dble Haul and Warren are comming down but I don't know if either or both will be here on Thursday night...

Actually screw it, I'm going to get one of those Aero-bed things.
