Just to hash out which place to go! In July I have to go to Seattle to do a convention for my Grand-daughter. She has a rare skin disorder, and I would like to make the most of the trip. What river in July would be my best bet to fish. Species not important, just fighters that take good pictures.... Love em n leave em!
after the start of july, the deer creek natives start moving into the north fork of the stilliguamish. numbers are not high, but the fish are beautiful. at the end of july, early summer runs are moving into the lower deschutes. i have not fished the cowlitz, but a good friend says the early summer run hatchery fish start showing in mid to late july. if you need guide recommendations, i would be happy to help you out there. i hope your daughter does well.
