Waiting Period

For me, that is. Seems as though since last week's minus 3.5 tides, things have really cooled off in Puget Sound. Been out 3 out of the last 5 days...nothing, zip, zilch, nada. I hear of the occassional King being caught, but have yet to see one. Coho seem to have head for other digs somewhere. I hope WDFW's projections of a "Gangbuster" season (http://www.wa.gov/wdfw/fish/selective/) holds true since it should carry into the Sound. Must thank my wife for the opportunity to take Mother-In-Law and her hubby out for a day Salmon fishing on Sunday...now THAT should be fun :-( I'd rather eat razor blades.
