Members and Non-Members welcome

The meeting is Wednesday May 26th from 7-9 PM
Eagle Room
Issaquah City Hall/Police Station
130 E Sunset Way
Downtown Issaquah

We have two (maybe three) great guest speakers lined up.

Tom Cropp is the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife management biologist for the Green River system and will provide an overview of salmon and steelhead life histories, population trends, and fisheries within that watershed.

Steve Foley is the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife management biologist for Lake Washington system anadromous species. He will provide an overview of salmon and steelhead life histories,
population trends and fisheries within the watershed.

Larry Tsunoda (not yet sure if he can make it to the meeting) recently became the resident fish biologist for King and Snohomish Counties. If he is able to attend, he will give a brief overview of lowland lake, alpine lake, and stream fishing in the area.

They will all be happy to field questions after their short presentations.

We will also award the Orvis Bar Stock Battenkill Fly reel that we started to raffle off at the last meeting. New attendees can buy a ticket for a chance to win the reel but we will give it away this meeting, even if we don't reach our fundraising goal of $130 (we are still about $80 short of the goal). Tickets are $5 so you could end up getting a really nice reel for a $5 or $10 donation.

We will also talk about current events and share some pictures from recent fishing trip Chapter Secretary Steve Avril and I took to Bozeman Montana.

I hope to see you there
