The fly is called the R.L.S. L&L Special, and it is found in Ken Abrames' book "A Perfect Fish" published in 1999 by Frank Amato Publications.

Thread: Chartreuse 3/0
Platform: fluorescent yellow bucktail
Pillow: Yellow dubbing
Support: Chartreuse neck hackle, tied concave side up
Tail: White saddle, then 2 strips silver Flashabou, third is a chartreuse saddle, fourth is 2 strips gold Flashabou. fifth and last is a fluorescent yellow saddle (mine was bright yellow)
Body: Silver or pearl mylar
Collar: bottom of fluorescent white, sides of fluorescent yellow
Wing: Chartreuse bucktail
Cheeks: 3 hairs each of turquoise and violet bucktail
Eyes: Jungle cock
