Flyfisha- Could you be a little more specific about the location than just "South Florida"? Unless of course distance is not a factor. I know some folks down there and depending upon where you're willing to go they might be able to help out.
As a follow up, I have been told that the Miami Lakes are the spot to be when chasing quality sized peacocks in Florida. A close second is the Broward Lakes. This info is from some of my "piscatorial associates" in that area.
If you go, please let us know how you do. Peacock bass intrigue me for many reasons, not the least of which is their aggression.
