Yes, Dave's recipe goes like this: wrap 5 inches of .35 lead around the shank. Tie in half a dozen strands of flourescent rubber legs material crosswise to the shank. Wrap entire hook in day-glo orange cactus chenille. Oh, did you say "skater?"
