Is there any thing out there I can use to revitalize or restore the fiberglass on my hull and console? Its faded and I would like to bring it back to life...

What's the condition, there's a product called FSR That has worked well for me in the past if it's real chalky, if it's just so so, try Woody Wax Products, there expensive but work great. You can get both at West Marine. You might also just try a 1 to 1 mix of white vinegar and water to start with!
Good luck and let us know how you make out.

Craig,
FSR is actually a fiberglass stain remover. It's intended for use on waterline marks, transoms and any other areas to remove stains. However, I have found that it works real well as a prep for restoring a clear finish to the topsides and interior surfaces prior to waxing. It's alot easier than compounding with similar results. Go to Westmarine.com and you'll find it in the master catalog.
