just to let you know, it's all your fault that I can't get soft-shelled crabs out of my mind. I'm calling local fish markets around me to see if they have any. I'll get some by this weekend... it's not the same as fresh... but it will have to do...
Ive only ever tried pan frying soft shell crab. They taste really good. If I manage to catch some this year, Im going to try other recipes.
