Broodstock Salmon Stocking--Fall 2000

Early fall stocking of Atlantic Salmon broodstock fish is complete! These fish are "retired" broodstock which had provided eggs for the Atlantic Salmon restoration
efforts in the Connecticut River watershed. The vast majority of fish came from the US Fish & Wildlife Service's Bethel, Vermont hatchery with a few fish from
MassWildlife's own Roger Reed Salmon Hatchery in Palmer. Below is a listing by District and town of the waterbodies stocked with these magnificent fish!
