Cool... I'm up 4.5 pounds since starting weight training and eating like a lion but still holding on the high school waistline. Consistent use of XOWii products and sensible eating had me too thin by mid-summer.
As much as I am eating lately I'm sure it's not 100% muscle weight but the majority is and I can always go aerobic to trim once I have the mass I want (about 10 more pounds). I stopped running months ago.
Long road... experts say you can add about 1 pound of muscle per month going natural *if* you're disciplined. Almost a year to go!
IMHO - fitness is the best investment one can make in themselves, and the best time to start is yesterday.
