This is also nicely done. I like that you slightly tented the hackle tips instead of tying them in knife-edged. I personally would have made the wing a little shorter, having the end of the hackle tips about even with the root of the barb. But this is really a matter of personal preference. Your placement of the wing ends at the end of the hook bend is perfectly fine and fits within generally accepted spey fly proportions of wing being somewhere between the end of the body and the hook bend.
