Now I still don't indulge much, but I do enjoy a small scoop with fresh blueberries and a sprinkling of walnuts or pecans...

only like 4g net carbs for these Splenda sweetened ice creams from breyers:

Now of course if you eat half the carton it does one no good, and I keep it to a rare treat at half the serving size (1/4 cup) of the vanilla bean with some nuts and healthy fruit. A carton lasts me about two weeks with my daughter helping out.

Calories from fat pretty high, so it's not a low cal food - but beats eating a lot of the real stuff and with moderation curbs urges.
