Flats.... flats.... and hopefully a sunny day to spot all those moving shadows. Bass cruise the beach very close to shore on the ocean side during the incoming. Bring sand eels, mushies, crabs and peanuts. Green crabs are best on the flats! Sandy Point is a small environment but just right for a group of 15. There is a deep channel with a strong rip on the western end and the flats extend from the middle to the eastern end with a beautiful cut 2/3rds the way to the east. Wading paradise on the incoming. One can walk almost to Napatree during the lower tides. Full moon is the 17th.

Bring a day pack with lunch, two bottles of water, energy bars, the usual fly gear and a little energy.

Very cool nights coming next week. In the 40's for a few days. Looks like we may have timed this one just right. It's going to blow real hard for a few days early in the week. Cloudiness shoud be gone by Friday.
