Hook: Mustad saltwater 34011 or any other standard streamer hook, weighted or unweighted
Thread: Black
Tail: Small amount of short black marabou or black hackle feather stem fluffy fibers
Body: Peacock herl wound forward over length of hook
Rib: Chartruese wire wound forward over peacock herl
Underwing: Several strands of black krystal hair or equivalent
Overwing: Black squirrel, bucktail, marabou, or EP fibers
Additional comments from Hal: Versatile streamer type pattern which can be used for many species down to sizes 8 and 10 for trout. Has been very effective for trout and smallmouth bass. Have not used it for steelhead and salmon but suspect it will be effective.
