Exclamation

FAIR WARNING! Pop up hell occurs when you click around on this site. It tries to load gator, don't click on the fake [x] on the ad graphics - it's a trick.

But before all the popup mayhem I did see a beautiful classic dressed by Rick Whorwood... very impressive Rick!

(Cohocola - I am sure your intentions were good, no offense intended... maybe you have a popup-protector enabled?)

OK - on further investigation it's the forum section of that site. The materials and patterns sections are pop-up free... surf on!

This site has been around for a while and one of the real valuable parts of it is the classic flies that are tied by many different tyers. This allows a person to campare the various tying styles and lets you see that there are many ways to tie a classic featherwing properly. The Pamela Bates (the colonel,s daughter who compiled and got to press the final notes of Colonel Bates and many af the flies in his collection) book does this as well for it has two pages of full color Green Highlanders that are tied by many of the best-known classic tyers in the world.
