"Name that Fly"

I just returned from the Matane. At a Christmas party in St Rene de Matane, a well known local fisherman/hunter was explaining his favorite salmon pattern to me. I cannot for the life of me remember the name of it though. Perhaps someone can give me the name. The pattern is below.
Tag: oval gold tinsel
Tail: golden pheasant crest
Butt: ostrich herl dyed yellow (wound)
Body: Black wool or floss
Ribbing: oval gold tinsel
Wing: White natural hair (calf tail or goat or anything)
Jungle cock: Optional
Throat: Grizzly tyed as collar
Head: red

WHATS the name of this fly??? He said it's his favorite pattern by far in those parts of the world. Perhaps it can be the Salmon Fly of the Week Charlie?

Thanks Dwayne,

So I assume that the fly is called the Pelletier? I recall the name of the fly started with a "P". The gentleman who said it was his favorite fly on the Matane is a fellow by the name of Daniel. I don't remember his last name. He lives in Rouseau Gagnon, just below St Rene de Matane and is my new neighbor. He is presently a detective in the Quebec police department in Matane, but once was president of the Matane Salmon Association. Perhaps you know him. His reputation is that when ever he fishes, he catches a salmon, yet he is quite a humble soul. He claims this fly is is favorite on the Matane. Thanks for answering my question.... I am tying them up for next season in earnest. We partied with him and his family and friends at our cabin, and ate steaks cut from a 1000 lb moose he bagged on bow and arrow this season.

Happy New Year,

The only daniel that i "know of" is Daniel Dufour. I know Daniel is originally form Lamqui but not sure of where he resides now. If this is the man you speak of then you are indeed a lucky man to have such a neighbor. Daniel is a Master tyer and his flies are incredible.

Amqui,,, right on,, been there a few times and now I am starting to put two and two together. I looked in Stewart and Allens book last night at the Lamqui that dufour tied in honor of his hometown
Is this a typo??? I just assumed that Lamqui was his hometown but no,, it's Amqui.
Any one have any clarification here?
