Having fun....

with albino peacock (throat hackle) , juvenal peacock (body hackle) and tragopan feathers (roof).....feelers are golden pheasant....

2/0 up eyed salmon hook (total fly about4-5 ")

ps...this fly tied on Tiemco 911s have acounted for some stripahs this season...

dressings

hook-your choice long shank or tube
feelers-2 gp crest feathers tied splayed
eyes-gp tippet with v cut tied in over crest feathers
dubbing-something flashy and loose
body hackle-juvenile peachock hackle or sub with 2 inches of stem or more to tie with
throat hackle-1/2 albino peacock eye split in 1/2 and wound until you are happy
roof-2 satyr/temminicks/western (whatever you have) tragopan tied tented
