Roll on Columbia

As I'm sure you have all heard BPA is going to limit the spill of water at the Lower Columbia River Dams this summer to get more bang for the Buck out of what little water there is in this fourth year of "Drought".
Good News! The Indian Tribes of the Columbia are going to Sue the BPA to force them to spill water for the fishes.
