Powell...RIP

Just got back from Denver. There were rumours of a deal, but I think it didn't go through, and Powell is gone. I will post high lights of the tackle dealers show when I have time. New T&T rods, Loomis, Sage, Winston, Ross, Abel, Orvis, Tibor etc, etc.
I'm sure FF AR will have insights as well.

Man, I wish I knew this was when it was. I said last year I would go this year, didn't know the date for 2002. Did anyone post it?

I guess I haven't been hanging around flyshops as much as usual with all the family obs lately.

Too bad about Powell... Ed Shea was a great asset at last year's casting clave.

Eddie looking forward to your report!

Thanks Eddie - I still think for the $$ it can't be beat.

Let me know when you're going to be in the neighborhood, a little fishing, dinner with the wives?

Powell might survive after all. After a couple of deals fell through, Kieth Bryant has bought the co. Let's keep our fingers crossed.
