Talking Winston boron

I bought a winston boron 11mx switch rod 11ft 6in for spey, skagit, scandi, d rolls & overhead casting. The rod takes 430-469 grains for lines. I will be mostly using it for stripers & occasionly steelhead. I would like options of a floating line intermediate,& sinking. Would appreciate any help. Thankyou John
