The Forum Navy gets new Destroyer

Chief for life Admiral Sean Juan has authorized the procurement of a new vessel for the forum Navy.

The Heritage Redfish Angler 14 Shown here, still on the Dodge, Mark III, Mod.3 Yak Transporter en route to the rigging shop.

New Vessel is yet to be named and will be skippered by self proclaimed Commodore W.T.(wrong way) Jones. New craft is headed for final outfitting with sea trials to begin as soon as rigging is complete. Admiral Juan will commission her during the Spring Clave

Cool - nice looking lines on her!

But I have to ask, is that welding gear I see in the foreground

Adrian it is actually cutting gear. I was in the middle of scrapping the junk pile out back when the call came in to come get her. Price of scrap is up & I need Mad Money to go fishing

Ah, o.k. - I was trying to figure out what "customizations" you had in mind that required oxy-acetylene

Lets hope for a 'yak friendly' clave week-end ... I have a couple of ideas ....
