Eddie,

One of those would let you fish way out yonder, even if you're backed up into the bushes. That wouldn't be fair to the rest of your fishing buddies.

I have this picture in my mind of someone turning up with one of these at the Rip Ryder drop off on South Beach in late May

I like the shot where the cross hairs are tracking the fish.

That thing is hilarious. I think I may buy two so I have a spare when they go out of production.

P.S. This is one commercial link that really shouldn't be edited out. The humor value is just way too high!

Now, that's funny. I bet they sell a ton of them. This year's Ronco Pocket Fisherman.

Love it.

Rocket launcher !

Only possible good is that if any kids do catch fish on it, some may want to learn properly and catch more...

Safety Concerns?

Even thought I'm well on into advanced geezerhood, I can remember my boyhood years well enough to know exactly what me and my buddies would be doing for entertainment if we had an arsenal of these things. Good thing the Rocket Fisherman has such a limited range, otherwise it could replace the AK-47.

A cast of thirty feet? Something I can only dream of. I've got to get on the these contraptions. I promise I would not use it on other geezers.

Cheers,

Eric
