Wink Great Lakes drift boat!

In the great lakes most of our steelhead rivers are a bit small for a full sized drift boat. So we have to make due with other forms of transportation. This one, while hard to trailer, drafts less water than your average drift boat. However, it can get dicey in class 4 or 5 rapids.

Charlie.

Two for one?

Hey Charlie, think of it this way, when you are done the drift, you have ready made ice cubes for the drinks!

Great idea Pete! After that thing went through the rapids at the bottom of the pool it looked like ice cubes.

Charlie.

Well if your waders melted onto the 'boat' from the butt heat that would be a interesting ride down the rapids.
