Pike Swap

I know of at least a few folks out there who have interest in a pike swap. Please indicate in this thread if you are interested. I'm thinking of having the due date at the end of February or beginning of March so that there will be plenty of time.

So, who's in?

Hmm . . .

My best pike fly so far is the same fly that I'm tying for the deer hair swap. Guess I'll have to come up with something else for this one. Is it ok if I try tying a new fly that I haven't actually caught any pike on yet? If so, then count me in!

I'm in, would suggest a max of 12 flies, 10 participants, one for the meister and one for the auction

Well, let's see how many of us want to do this before we agree on a number of flies to tie. I'll wait another week or so for stragglers to sign up. I doubt we'll get 10 participants.

As for having them due at the end of February / beginning of March, that would seem to work.

Hold tight, and in about a week we'll solidify things.

i am doing a bouble bunny
it's not too big though only could find some #2 4x streamer hooks overall about 4 or five inches so it is a multi specie fly not too big for bass or big browns

Okay, that makes five of us for this swap. Due date is the first week of March. You should all have my address from past swaps, but if you've misplaced it simply send me a PM when you're ready to mail them out.

Yes Pete, that's correct. Thanks for asking the obvious, which wasn't so obvious to me.
